They're all nice.

The market in your area sounds insane.ARhttp://www.lunar-circuitry.net/wordpressnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8514658573723139183.post-28006659847075974542009-10-23T22:26:15.116-06:002009-10-23T22:26:15.116-06:00people bidding $20-30k over asking prices on homes...people bidding $20-30k over asking prices on homes they don't even care for and plan to gut just to get that $8000 tax credit and "own something."

How annoying. It's the same here with people like my wife and I who'd love to own a house not being able to while some guy who just wants to flip it for a profit in a year can. And I know how expensive CA is for homes so when someone goes 20 or 30k over there's nothing you can do unless you're absolutely loaded with money.Greghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05730146625671701859noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8514658573723139183.post-19158627524278695752009-10-23T22:09:01.230-06:002009-10-23T22:09:01.230-06:00The last two were the ones we bid on. We may still bid on the storybook ranch home since the location is great and it's a cute house but we were looking for something a bit more modern. Of course, we could always modernize it a bit.

At the moment the competition in CA is ridiculous with people bidding $20-30k over asking prices on homes they don't even care for and plan to gut just to get that $8000 tax credit and "own something."I don't get it. Frankly, the whole process is turning me off house buying a bit.Kimberly Lindbergshttp://midcenturyliving.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8514658573723139183.post-57113301239694962422009-10-23T13:24:27.109-06:002009-10-23T13:24:27.109-06:00I like all four but I love the last two, especiall...I like all four but I love the last two, especially the garage dominated atomic ranch.
